Delivery Manager Forward Listing Officer
Delivery Managers lead a team to support Operations Managers in meeting performance objectives, delivering consistent customer service, and managing judicial and courtroom resources for the court system. The role involves maintaining effective working relationships with the judiciary and supporting agencies, prioritizing and allocating trials, and managing accurate sitting day projections. Postholders ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace standards while resolving operational problems and handling complaints. This is a centralised forward listing role for Greater Manchester Crown Courts, requiring close liaison with the Senior Judiciary.
