Senior Quality Assurance Test Analyst
The Senior Quality Assurance Test Analyst leads and executes testing activities to ensure digital services meet user needs, technical requirements, and organisational standards within the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. The postholder works within integrated, multidisciplinary agile teams to apply risk-based testing, shape testing strategies, manage defects, and promote quality assurance best practices. Day to day responsibilities include designing and building test suites, leveraging automation and AI tooling, and mentoring junior testers to improve digital capability. The role helps deliver high-quality, user-centred digital products supporting global diplomatic and development operations.
