Member Capability Executive Officer
The Member Capability Executive Officer supports the delivery of learning, development, and accreditation programmes for Parole Board members. Day to day, you will coordinate training events, manage relationships to support member progression, maintain accurate records, and work with data to report on capability needs. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Board, including the Member Capability Manager, training facilitators, and administrative teams, to build team resilience and promote an organisational culture of continuous learning.

- Demonstrable experience of events management
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Good understanding of Excel and data gathering
