Test and Measuring Equipment Cell Store Keeper
The test and measuring equipment storekeeper manages approximately 12,000 line items and records all transactions for tools and components to support Typhoon aircraft on base and global operations. The role involves physically moving, packing, and dispatching fragile and heavy equipment for calibration or repair while maintaining strict inventory controls. Day-to-day duties include unpacking deliveries, reconciling records on bespoke database systems, and acting as a point of contact for equipment loans. Candidates work closely with internal civil service colleagues and the Royal Air Force in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
