Senior Business Analyst
As a Senior Business Analyst in the Digital Product Team, you will contribute to delivering a broad ecosystem of digital self-serve tools and services that help meet statutory objectives and strategic goals. You will work closely with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and technical experts to ensure solutions meet customer and business requirements through process modelling and user stories. Your role involves developing key stakeholder relationships and supporting the implementation of customer relationship management and contact centre solutions. You will be curious and proactive, driving continuous improvement and best practice within the Business Analysis community.

Qualifications
- BCS Diploma in Business Analysis
- IIBA certificate in Business Analysis
Nationality requirements
