Prison Officer - HMP Send
Prison officers protect the public and help make a positive impact on the lives of prisoners in a fast-paced and unique environment. You will work directly with women in custody to build constructive, professional relationships and help them navigate difficult challenges. The role requires working various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as part of a supportive team. You will carry out many different roles each day, acting as a peacekeeper, counsellor, or teacher to maintain a safe and secure establishment.

This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Irish nationals, Commonwealth citizens with right to work, EUSS status holders, and Turkish workers.
Selection process
