Prison Officer - HMP Durham
Prison officers protect the public and help make a positive impact on prisoners' lives in a fast-paced and unique environment. You will work directly with offenders, acting as a peacekeeper, counsellor, and teacher while building constructive professional relationships. Teamwork is essential to support colleagues and maintain a safe and secure establishment for everyone. You will also be required to work various shift patterns including evenings, nights, and weekends.
