Learning Designer
The Learning Designer creates and develops high-quality training solutions across digital and blended formats to support a national financial education programme. Working as part of the Learning Design team, this role translates complex technical content and stakeholder requirements into engaging, accessible learning experiences. The postholder collaborates with subject matter experts, trainers, and digital producers to manage the end-to-end training content pipeline and support a growing digital learning library.
