Digital Services Supplier Manager
You will lead a small team to manage and govern suppliers and partner organisations that support the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency's digital services. You will monitor performance, ensure services meet customer and business needs, and drive continuous improvement across IT service management functions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including product owners, architects, and delivery teams, as well as external commercial suppliers. The role offers the opportunity to influence strategic supplier relationships and support major change and transformation activity.

Nationality requirements

Selection process
